A few months ago, we announced that the Claudio Teehankee Foundation and Center for the Rule of Law is compiling articles and other write-ups for potential publication in its own planned Law Review or Journal. This is my first humble contribution to that compilation, with a lot more coming soon. This is not yet ready for publishing, but we're getting there.
I have been teaching Legal Research/Writing for two years and have been sitting on the panel in quite a number of Thesis Defenses under the J.D. program. I imagined that it would be a complete disservice to the students if I could not "walk the talk" so to speak. That is why I'm freely opening up my work fo the brutal comments and review of the academic public.
I hope this could be useful to lawyers, law students, and other people who are curious about Constitutional Law. We look forward to other contributors who would like to share their insights with us.
